The Carving tails from F-one are for maneuverability and control at high speeds. 

 Available in 8 different sizes/ options. The XS 141 & 161 wing options are longer to add control in critical conditions and the stabs have a profile that provides more comfort at greater speeds. They match perfectly with the Phantom S 840 and the 740 S frontwings. 

Overall the monobloc construction provides more stiffness and less drag to your F-one  carbon plane. It's an insane performance upgrade.

To be able to choose the right size keep this in mind:

Smaller stabilizer = more speed / Longer fuselage = greater stability. 

Or

Bigger stabilizer = less speed / Shorter fuselage = less stability.
